I have always believed in and followed the path of community service. From volunteering for suicide hotlines, educating the youth and women on the signs and cycle of domestic violence, to becoming a spousal ombudsman for a Naval Submarine Command.

When I moved to Augusta 10 years ago, I set a goal to work for the Child Enrichment/CASA program. I was a volunteer for three years, and became a full time CASA advocacy volunteer coordinator for two. After stepping away for a few years to focus on my family, I am very pleased to have the opportunity to once again serve my community by offering my services as a Board member for When Help Can’t Wait.
