Brandi Underwood
Executive Director

Brandi graduated from Silver Bluff High School in Aiken, South Carolina and attended the University of South Carolina for several semesters. 

She has worked as an account representative and Loan Processor and as a Sales Associate before coming to When HELP Can’t Wait in 2014.

She began at WHCW as Facilities Manager but quickly demonstrated her ability to work in all phases of a non-profit.  In 2016 she completed an Internship with WHCW, working in other local non-profits for a broad overview of non-profit operations. During this time, she completed a four-month course in Atlanta with the Non-Profit University there and earned a certificate of Non-Profit Management.  

In 2018 she was appointed Executive Director of When HELP Can’t Wait. 

Brandi is married and she and husband Zack have two very talented children, Kaylee and Dilan.  They currently live in Beech Island, SC.  

Brandi is extremely popular with all donors and customers in our Thrift Store which she operates as well as overseeing all phases of the ministry’s activities.
