Event Information

Rock & Run 5k is unique because it's an event supporting nursing home residents who otherwise would not have access to everyday comforts like clothing, blankets or other important quality of life items that cannot be readily funded by the facilities in which they reside. When HELP Can't Wait volunteers also provide programs and activities to nursing home residents to help lift their spirits. Through volunteers, donations and monetary support When HELP Can't Wait will continue to spread these much needed resources to our area nursing home residents. We thank and commend you helping fill this void in the lives of our area nursing residents.

We need your support.  Please go to our Facebook page here for details or call our office. We need sponsors and volunteers and items donated for 'goodie bags' and we can use your help.  If  you belong to a group, why not sign up the entire group to run or walk or to volunteer the day of the race.  We're looking forward to hearing from you!!
